This week is a real disaster. From awaiting of the result of variable bonus result to receiving it to process it was less than a week. What a disappointing promise from our HR VP saying the approval will be done on 14th of the mth instead it was done last friday and expecting the payment to be made to the employees on the 28th instead of the 30th which was stated in the email by CEO. Our payroll system isn't a fantastic one or rather i would say a "lao ko ko" one where it does not have all the functions that is already available in the current market. Haiz... The most saddest thing was I didn't get any cent out of this coming bonus payout and our VP who just got an increment of 1k this mth and he is getting 2 mth bonus. Woah for god sake, he is only using his mouth to talk and the work are get done by US!!!!!!!! Even though, we are not eligible but based on our hard work and energy, we should be able to get a portion of it. Other BUs are able to fight for their staff, I dun see how come our VP can fight for us?????????

Well apart of the unhappiness as above, there are stll things that are worth happy for. Things like I met up with my colleagues and ex colleagues sat night for dinner. We chatted, laughed and teased each other. I also brought along my friend Angela with me. Luckily, they still can linked. Also went for a hair cut, touch up of colour and treatment on my hair together with Angela. My stylist say I look more pretty liao... Her asst oso said that too. Kinda of make me happy. But I will still work hard to lose more wt. My target is to get attached this year!! Long time no fall in love liao.. Can't remember the feeling of it liao....
